No, because I'm not the one breaking the rules here. I took this picture in my living room and as a joke/ID because Cobra Commander surprisingly is able to fit on Oil Slick here. Other then that I'm not saying I own Transformers or G.I. Joes. Because if I did say it or remotely hint at asking people not to steal, it makes me a target because everyone knows Hasbro owns them, not me.

Now because you so gladly blocked me from replying to your other post I will tell you this. Because it's an animation scene, work had to be put into making that, hence it's someone's else work that you so happened to color over or either lack of skills to draw such an image on your own, or maybe one of the many other excuses such as I don't have a scanner/camera.

And on the last comment, if you did make/own Naruto, you most likely wouldn't be on DeviantArt now would you?

Well what if we DIDN'T have a scanner, and our camera was broken, I do line art on photos I paint over and then trace over because, I don't have a scanner, so excuse me for not.

But here's the difference. To a degree I don't own the trademarks, I own these figures. They are mine and I can do pretty much a lot of things to them. I can't claim I own the characters though, and it being common knowledge that Hasbro owns these toys, if I tried to make the claim I could be laughed at, maybe even have it taken away.

But recolors are different. A recolor insist that it's an original creation of some sort, and when most artist who do this practice are question well they do what you do. Block the person who asks/tells and goes on their way, sometimes saying so and so is mean. Which now not only do we have people claiming this scene that was altered is theirs, but now we have flaming going on between two or more parties.

Then we come to this with the scanner and camera. I would say tough luck, because this happens too often. But there are better ways to get out there with art. And commissions and line art are plentiful. All you'd need to do is request it and you might get it. It's pretty simple as long as you give the proper credit.
